After a week of rain and rescheduling, the GHC baseball team rolled off four wins in two days on Sunday and Monday sweeping BC Athletics and Point University in a pair of doubleheaders at Lakepoint. The Chargers outscored their opponents 38-8 and ended two of the games early via the 10 run rule. Johnny Dow, Jacob Ryan, Connor Perry, and Ryan Getz each racked wins while Garrett Sagro converted his 3rd save of the year. David Smith clobbered a pair of home runs and drove in 10 runs and Connor Todaro went 7-10 to pace the offense.
The Chargers will welcome Wallace State Dothan for a 3 game series on Thursday and Friday. First pitch Thursday is at 3pm at Lakepoint in Emerson.
