The Lady Chargers fought hard all night against nationally ranked South Georgia Tech but the Lady Jets pulled away for the 60-53 win. Both teams struggled offensively all night but the outcome of the game was decided in the paint with South Georgia Tech outscoring GHC 30-12. the points off the bench were also huge for the Lady Jets scoring 21 compared to GHC's 2.
The Lady Chargers were led by Anna Stewart with 16 points, Kateryna Khomenko with 14 points and 8 rebounds, and Ozahria Fisher with 13 points. GHC (9-10) on the season and (5-3) in conference play returns to action on Saturday as they travel to Central Georgia Tech for a 1:00pm tip.
