The Lady Chargers fall to the Lady Jets of South Georgia Tech 70-43. The Lady Chargers fought hard to take a 15-14 lead after the 1st period. Both teams traded baskets with South Georgia Tech taking a 27-26 lead into the half. The Lady Jets took control of the game early in the second half extending their lead to 11 points, 49-38. South Georgia Tech held the Lady Chargers to only 5 points in the fourth period to close out the win.
The Lady Chargers were led by Ozahria Fisher with 22 points. The Lady Chargers (15-12, 10-5 in conference play) return to action on Friday as they travel to Andrew College, tip off 5:30pm.
